1. What if I can’t attend live?
No worries — all sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive replays within 24 hours.
2. Is this beginner friendly?
Absolutely. No prior coaching experience needed.
3. Is this a safe and comfortable space?
Absolutely. The Reflection Room is designed to feel warm, supportive, and pressure-free. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are, whether you prefer to listen quietly, participate in the chat, or share during optional moments. You’ll never be asked to share anything you don’t want to, and cameras are always optional.Most people find the space grounding, encouraging, and surprisingly easy to relax into.This is a space where you can breathe, reflect, and connect at the level that feels right for you.
3. Will I have work to do in between sessions?
Just simple weekly reflection prompts and micro-actions — nothing overwhelming.
4. What’s the refund policy?
All sales are final and no refunds will be provided for this event. If you can’t attend live, replays will be provided.
5. What happens after I purchase the gift?
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a short registration form. Please use this form to enter information for each recipient — including yourself if you’ll be attending.
This step is required to ensure everyone is registered to receive the welcome email, Zoom link, and Reflection Room Essentials.
All welcome emails will be sent the week of January 5, 2026.
6. How will I receive the printable card to gift the experience?
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to download the printable gift card. You can print it at home, tuck it inside a holiday card, or send it digitally to your recipient.
